Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers about research compounds, documentation, ordering, shipping, and laboratory handling.
Are your compounds third-party tested?
Quality documentation is mapped to exact product variants and lots in our COA Library. Each record visibly identifies whether it is a sample, pending, or verified document; sample records are never presented as laboratory results.
How should I store lyophilized research compounds?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides intended for laboratory use should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability (up to 2 years). For active in-vitro protocols, short-term storage at 2–8°C for up to 30 days is typical. Protect from light and moisture at all times.
How do I access documentation for a specific lot?
Open the COA Library and search by compound, SKU, or lot number. Product pages also link directly to their variant-specific documentation record.
Can I use these products for personal therapeutic use?
No. PEPTIDE SCYNCE strictly supplies compounds for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are explicitly NOT for human consumption, diagnostics, or therapeutic applications.
Why do you require age verification?
Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds, they are intended to be handled by qualified individuals in controlled environments. We require purchasers to be 18 years or older.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We ensure fast, reliable transit to minimize temperature fluctuations during shipping.
Will the products degrade during shipping?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for several weeks without significant degradation. While we store them cold, the brief transit time will not damage the compound integrity.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the impossibility of verifying storage conditions once they leave our facility, we cannot accept returns on shipped products. All sales are final.
